PLEASE NOTE

A retainer fee will be required at the time of booking, in order to secure your wedding date, and the balance of your chosen package can be paid at any time, but please, no later than 1 month before your wedding date.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the retainer fee is not re-fundable due to time and expense incurred. (Lost custom for that day).
In the unlikely event of failure to perform to the agreement by the photographer, due to ill health another photographer will attend.
Or in the case of Equipment failure, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the photography costs.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED PHOTOGRAPHS, DUE TO THE WEDDING RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE OR UN-COOPERATIVE GUESTS.

The Weather

As you know the weather can be so un-predictable, in adverse weather conditions the plan for the day may have to change, and the photographer will have to make some quick decisions as to what and where the photos can be taken, please be co-operative at this time.
The photographer cannot be held responsible for diverting from the original plan due to adverse weather conditions.

Copyright and Reproductions

We (Steve Cockram Photography) will own the full copyright on all photographs taken by Steve Cockram Photography and any other photographers used by us on the day, including all images produced and enhanced through our production procedures after the event.
Steve Cockram Photography will have exclusive rights to reproduction and to use the images/photographs for sole use.
The client is obtaining a set of prints displayed in an album, boxed. Or presented on a dvd/cd. The client shall not sell, or authorise reproduction of any of the material supplied by Steve Cockram photography by any other persons or businesses.
