Hi My name is Steve Cockram.

I would like to introduce myself to you, and give you a brief description of the services that I can provide.
I am 50 years old, married to Eileen, and have two beautiful grown up daughters, Nicola and Stephanie, and two Grandsons. Shea 5 years, and Owen 1 year old.
I live in Gateshead Tyne & Wear. England, United Kingdom.

From an early age I have always been interested in Art, - Oil Painting – Drawing, etc, particularly paintings, and often found myself looking at a painting for what seemed like ages, being amazed at the detail, the colours, how real it was. I have actually had the privilege of selling some of my own oil paintings in the past.

I have enjoyed photography for a number of years, but got really more involved about 5 years ago, when I moved from Film to Digital, I joined a couple of Photographic Societies and Forums, since then I have earned a few Certificates awards, for Digital Art and Portrait Photography.
At this time I also started working with, and assisting my now very good friend Roy a Professional wedding photographer. I have learned so much from Roy by assisting him on numerous weddings; and now of course when possible, Roy assists me with my own wedding shoots, we can provide both Wedding and Portrait photography services.
I have invested in state of the art technology, and will always look for new ways to improve what I do, by Innovation – Technology and Inspiration.

Although I don’t paint any more, I now like to think of my camera, as my paintbrush.
I love to create paintings with my camera so to speak.
When I am viewing or working with a picture on my computer screen that I’ve taken, maybe from a wedding, and I find myself smiling at the screen, then no, I’m not going mad, but It’s because I know I have captured – painted, that very special moment.

I am based in the Gateshead Tyne & Wear area, and I can provide you with full photographic cover of your special day.
