FAQ's
Find the answer to a question you may have.
Below are some of the questions I am asked often during telephone enquiries.
I would like to discuss my wedding photography requirements. Do you offer free customer visits and consultation ?
YES.
It is a very important part of my service, as it will give us the opportunity to meet each other at this first stage, and we can discuss your wedding requirements in more detail.
Can you show me examples of weddings you have recently photographed?
YES
I can bring along a small collection of samples, Albums, and DVD Slidshows. They will allow you to see the quality of our work.
If you click the lovely photo to the right, you can see more photos from the gallery it was taken from, and click on Lisa & Andy to view the full gallery.
Are your photo packages fixed?
NO
We are flexible, the packages you see on the pricing page have been made up from past consultations with clients.
If you would like to make up your own package or tweak one of our existing ones, we will be happy to discuss this when we meet.
My Uncle or a friend has a camera, and has offered to take the photographs of the wedding. I know it won't cost as much, but I'm not too sure. What are your thoughts on this?
The decision is yours of course, but this is my honest advice to you.
Let's start by asking yourself some basic questions.
Does your Uncle have the experience of photographing weddings?
Can he organise people?
Can he take control of people when neccessary?
Can he plan the order of photographs to the wedding schedule?
Does he know how to compose people for photographs?
Does he get on well with people?
Can he bring out the best in people?
What equipment does he have, in order to capture your very special day?
Does he know what to do if the weather turns out to be not as expected?
These are just a few of the questions you must ask yourself, and the important point here is, please answer them as honestly as you can.
Your wedding is a very special and major time in your life. Your Uncle intentions are only good I'm sure. But unless you can answer YES confidently to these questions.
I would advise you not to take the risk of having your special day and memories spoiled.
